Message from the Chair of CYP

ASSALAAM-O-ALAIKUM!

Since 2001/2 APPNA Committee for the Young Physicians (CYP) has been in the fore front to mentor and help Young Physicians (YP) of Pakistani decent. cyp has been contributing in diverse areas of visa clearance, YP research/mentorship seminars, accommodation help, post match scramble and one on one mentor-ship are few of them.

This was all possible with committed volunteers like you and funding from APPNA and there generous members.

Once again we like to ask for your help to contribute towards developing and grooming more YP. We need volunteers in all of these areas. We are certain each and every one of you can contribute toward making them a better candidate for there respective career.

YES WE CAN:

Please respond to us how you can help a YP:

To get an interview at your respective institute or hospital.
To get a paid or unpaid research position at your institute or practice.
Help YP to get an official clinical rotation/externship so they can become a better candidate for future opportunities.
Help YP to mentor in the area of your specialty.
Open your house for the YPs if they are visiting your town for an interview.

Most importantly we need your financial support to accommodate the needs for the needy one who need little help to catch their dreams.

We are collecting our data base of the volunteers who have a heart and desire to help some like you.
